Ray analyzed a complex and highly consequential 400+ page draft federal regulation and provided clear, actionable copywriting for a national health policy blog. The analysis explained what the regulation would do, how it would affect health organizations, researchers, and others receiving federal funding, and included a clear call to action on how to submit public comments in time for the federal public comment deadline. Thanks to these and others’ efforts, the draft federal regulation received thousands of public comments.
